Janet, you're right, they're about ready. They did fly around occasionally, sometimes grabbing the food out of the mouth of a parent in midair. Couldn't catch that on "film" unfortunately. :)
Picture taken with my 300/2.8, only mildly cropped, I was standing less than 5 meters away.

As they were quite strongly backlit I used fill flash from 550EX + Better Beamer (first time I tried it), at -1 or possibly -2 (can't remember which)

It is not illegal per se if your actual salary is less than that mentioned in LC. It is however detrimental to your GC case.
I just happened to see a copy of my labor approval. My current salary is less than the salary mentioned in labor approval. Do you know whether it is legally valid?. My salary is as per the LCA for H1.

Yahoooooooooooooo......We (Me and my wife) received welcome notice today . Our 485 is approved on 25 th March.
no updates online just received postal mail from USCIS today .
I guess end of long wait , been in country from 2001 .
I wish you all the best and hang in there if your PD is current you can expect the notice any time so keep checking your postal mail box .
FYI - I dont know if my back ground check is clear or not , I guess it is .

I reformat my cards every time I put them back in the camera, which is after every time I dump files into my computer. In other words, some of my older cards have probably been reformatted 1,000 times or more. I have never had a problem. Brands are Ridata and Sandisk (various models).
I have cleaned my sensors with a blower, the Copper Hill wet method, and using the Arctic Butterfly. I always use my Rocket blower first and I use it regularly. Now that I have an Arctic Butterfly, I find that it is extremely effective, when the blower doesn't get the job done, and I haven't broken out the swabs in some time.

AFAIK, oneway ticket originating US can't be bought in India. You need to cancel ticket, and buy a return (both way) ticket.
Usually tickets bought in India is cheaper - so there are these restrictions.
It is possible to buy a ticket from US for a journey originationg from India. Airlines passes instruction and Tickets are issues in India.
Rules might have changed, but this was latest information from my side.

Ann & Others, thanks for your valuable inputs, My visa stamp on my passport expired last week but I do have a valid extended I-94 from my extended H1 petition. So I'm getting the option from Company A to go US Consulate in Abroad, get restamped based on my current valid H1 Petition from Company A and enter US using it and join Company A directly which will clear all problems including the unauthorized employment.

I paid the money to my company who has applied for my H1B. I am not too sure whom they will address the check to. They only sent me the Fedex tracking no. which tells that the application is received by USCIS, Vermont on April 7th.
I am fine if it is taking time but my only concern is whether this company has really sent my H1B petition. Is there any way to find it out?

Please specify time line (MMYY) about your status from begining. Also mention period USCIS asking your legalility. I think You should be OK as long as AOS pending.

I see the following in the USCIS website:
"Filings made Pursuant to Visa Bulletin No. 107: As previously announced, all forms I-765 and I-131 applications based on employment-based adjustment of status applications filed pursuant to Visa Bulletin No. 107 that are submitted on or before August 17, 2007 must be filed under the fee structure in place prior to July 30, 2007. On or after July 30, 2007, those applications may not be electronically filed and must be submitted to a Service Center via regular mail or courier service."
Can somebody clarify this please? I applied 485 during the July 2007 fiasco and want to renew my EAD now? Can i e-file with $340 fee?
You can definitely efile. I did not apply for EAD with my I-485 during July VB fiasco, but I efiled with the new filing fee in September 07 and got it approved in 2 months.
